Overview
ViralRot helps creators turn prompts and uploaded assets into short-form video drafts. This policy explains what is not allowed on the service.
By using ViralRot, you agree not to submit prompts, uploads, references, or instructions that request prohibited content or misuse the service.
Prohibited Content
You may not use ViralRot to create, request, upload, distribute, or attempt to generate:
- Sexually explicit, pornographic, adult, or NSFW content.
- Sexualized content involving minors or any content that exploits or endangers children.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or impersonation intended to deceive, harass, or humiliate.
- Violence, self-harm instructions, threats, harassment, hate, or extremist content.
- Illegal activity, fraud, phishing, malware, spam, or instructions to bypass security controls.
- Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other third-party rights.
- Private personal information, doxxing, or content that targets a person without a lawful basis.
- Misleading political, medical, financial, or identity-related content presented as real when it is synthetic or manipulated.
Rights and Permissions
Only upload assets that you own, have permission to use, or are legally allowed to process. You are responsible for the prompts, files, logos, audio, footage, likenesses, and other materials you provide.
Safety Enforcement
For AI video generation, ViralRot may screen prompts before billing, task creation, queueing, or provider calls. Prompts that are flagged, denied, or cannot be safely reviewed may be blocked.
We may remove content, suspend generation, limit access, or terminate accounts that violate this policy or create legal, security, or platform risk.
